Our goal is to invest in companies that demonstrate a clear path to lasting and meaningful change. Our investment value ranges between $5000 and $100,000 in seed funding. Additionally, if we choose to invest in your company, we will work with you to build out the core functions of your organization including product development, sales and marketing, technology and operations, as well as lead and participate in future funding rounds.

We seek start-ups that meet the following criteria:

1. Innovative Technology: Leverage cutting-edge technology to create unique solutions.

2. Problem Solving: Address significant problems in a novel and effective way.

3. Alignment with Values: Share our commitment to integrity, sustainability, and ethical practices. 

4. Sustainable Growth: Demonstrate potential for long-term growth and financial sustainability.

5. Impactful Change: Exhibit a clear vision for creating lasting, positive change in their industry or community.

If your start-up meets these criteria and you are seeking funding, we invite you to submit a request for consideration. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your submission is complete and aligns with our requirements.

Instructions for Submitting Funding Requests

​

Please submit a document (PowerPoint, Word Doc, or PDF preferred) that covers the following. You do not have to be a graphic designer. Just stick to what's important on this list: 

​

1. Executive Summary: Provide a concise overview of your start-up, including your mission, vision, and the problem your innovation addresses.

2. Technology Description: Detail the technology behind your solution, explaining what makes it unique and how it advances the field.

3. Market Analysis: Present an analysis of your target market, including size, potential growth, and competitive landscape.

4. Business Model: Explain how your business operates, including revenue streams, pricing strategy, and customer acquisition plans. (It's Ok if you haven't figured this all out yet. Just do your best to defend the value of your product.)

5. Alignment Statement: Describe how your start-up aligns with Levreg Ventures' values of integrity, innovation, collaboration, sustainability, and impactful growth.

6. Financial Projections: Provide detailed financial projections for the next three to five years, highlighting key assumptions and potential risks. (No hockey sticks, please! Be realistic and fact-based.)

7. Team Background: Introduce your team, emphasizing relevant experience and expertise that will drive your start-up's success. It's OK if your team is just you!

8. Funding Requirements: Clearly state the amount of funding you are seeking and how you plan to use these funds to achieve your goals. If your funding requirements are outside of our range value, no worries. We often partner with other PEs, VCs, and Angel investors in larger rounds of finance.
